Job Description
A global, property business is seeking a Compliance Manager – Sustainability, to lead PAS2030 compliance; you will be based in St Albans, but need to be willing to travel across southern England to client sites.
Reporting into the Head of Sustainability, you will work on a hybrid basis and will ensure full compliance for residential retrofit projects, managing PAS2030 and PAS2035 adherence, oversee auditing, reporting and documentation management.
Duties will include:
* Deliver full PAS2030 compliance and fulfilment of industry regulations.
* Manage internal and external auditing processes.
* Maintenance of accreditations.
* Ensure all documentation is correctly filed in relation to installation of Energy Efficiency measures to meet PAS 2030 standards.
* Stakeholder and 3rd party supplier management to support effective delivery of projects.
* Maintenance of industry regulations, trends and relevant knowledge.
Candidates MUST have:
* Experience in a similar role, demonstrating strong PAS 2030 and PAS 2035 knowledge.
* Full Driving Licence and ability to regularly travel to client sites.
* Demonstrable ability to rapidly learn new processes and working procedures.
* Good stakeholder management skills and ability to work in a collaborative working environment.
* Good reporting skills, able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously and deliver work to strict deadlines.
Desirable are:
* Management experience in a matrix or line management capacity.
* Pas 2030, PAS 2035, MCS certification or other energy efficiency standards.
