Our client, a top US law firm, is actively recruiting for an experienced Paralegal to join them on a permanent basis in their London office - working as their new M&A/Private Equity Paralegal.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Paralegal to join a thriving and growing M&E Private Equity team - working on a range of deals.
As the successful Paralegal, you'll be responsible for:
- Maintaining and updating transaction trackers
- Assisting with Companies House filings and corporate information checks
- Conducting legal and market research
- Assisting with drafting, reviewing and organising transaction documents (NDAs, SPAs, disclosures, corporate approvals, ancillary agreements, etc)
- Handling general administration (proofreading, preparing filings, etc)
- Liaising with clients, counsel and counterparties on a regular basis
+ much more.
To be considered for this opportunity, you'll need to have/be the following:
- Have a completed LLB/GDL (minimum 2:1 or equivalent)
- Have previous/existing M&A or Private Equity experience
- Be able to commute to the London office at least 4 days a week
- Have three A-level grades at \"AAB\" or above (or equivalent)
- Be able to commit to a 12m FTC
