Associate Partner
Location: Gloucester
Salary: £75,000 - £85,000 + benefits
A well-established and growing construction consultancy is looking to appoint an Associate Partner to join its Gloucester team. This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced Project Manager seeking greater influence, responsibility and the chance to help shape the strategic direction of a regional office.

This opportunity would suit someone with strong consultancy or client-side experience who is commercially aware, confident in front of clients and motivated by both delivery and growth.
The successful candidate will:
* Lead and develop the Project Management service
* Deliver high-quality consultancy services across both pre- and post-contract stages
* Manage projects across a range of sectors
* Oversee programmes, material movement and strategic land projects for housing developers
* Act as a key client contact, managing multiple stakeholders
* Administer contracts including NEC, JCT and ICC
* Ensure projects are delivered to time, budget, quality and compliance standards
* Identify and mitigate risk proactively
* Oversee budgets, cost control and value optimisation
* Use project planning tools such as Asta Powerproject or MS Project
* Contribute to business development and growth within the local market
* Mentor and develop junior team membe rs
What They're Looking For
* Proven experience within a construction consultancy or client-side environment
* Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
* Experience delivering residential or developer-led schemes
* Background in programme management and strategic land projects
* Chartered status (MCIOB, MRICS, APM or equivalent)
* Minimum 2+ years' experience operating at a senior Project Management level
* Commercial awareness and ambition to progress at Associate/Partner level
