Job Scope:
We are looking to recruit a Care Coordinator to join Catalyst Care Group. The role involves office-based responsibilities during the initial 6-month period, with a potential transition into a hybrid work arrangement.
As a Care Coordinator, you will support clients and clinicians, exceeding expectations by delivering quality service. You will focus on providing staffing solutions for client account management issues in collaboration with the Transforming Care teams, Account Management, and Sales, promoting retention and development.
You will manage incoming inquiries and work with team members to address them promptly, ensuring staffing solutions match client needs and adhere to guidelines, policies, procedures, standards, and regulations.
Requirements include:
* NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (desirable)
* Driver's license
* Experience in a senior healthcare role or as Care Coordinator/Team Leader
* Experience handling high-volume calls
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
