A fantastic position for a Personal Assistant has come up to join an exciting company based in Guildford. The purpose of this role is to support the Director with many different duties and ensuring the office runs smooth at all times. If you are organized, efficient and have previous experience within a Personal Assistant position this could be a great role for you The duties of the PA include: Diary and inbox management Supporting in meetings when required Booking meeting rooms internally and externally Secretarial support Liaising with clients and colleagues Preparing and distributing packs Responsible for the day to day running of the business and administrative operations Producing contracts and dealing with HR requests from the team and supporting with some IT queries Organising corporate events Ordering stationery and supplies To be considered the PA will: Be highly organized Work well under pressure Have previous experience working as a PA or EA Maintain fantastic communication skills Be discreet and have the capability to deliver sensitive information Provide support for the team Have fantastic attention to detail If you have the skills and attributes listed above, please apply for further information and the chance to be considered
