Salary: £33,048 – £38,169 per annum
Plus: Market Supplement up to £10,000 per annum
Pension: Teachers’ Pension Scheme (28.68% employer contribution)
Holiday: 53 days per year (including public holidays)

What You’ll Be Doing
5. Teaching practical workshop and classroom sessions
6. Sharing real trade experience to bring learning to life
7. Developing students’ confidence, skills and employability
8. Working with colleagues and employers to keep training relevant
What We’re Looking For
9. Level 3 (or higher) qualification in a construction trade
10. At least 3 years’ recent industry experience
11. Clear communication and a professional approach
12. Willingness to gain teaching qualifications (fully funded)
13. A positive, inclusive attitude aligned to our values
