About the Facilities Management Project Delivery Team : Facilities Management Project Delivery (FMPD) are a Portfolio, Programme, and Project Management Team within the Commercial directorate who conduct strategic analysis and review of future requirements in DIO to develop delivery options. The team lead in developing strategic solutions and work with Commercial colleagues to convert strategy into effective and efficient contracts, for facilities management and other estate services. Person specification As a Project Manager: You will work in direct support of the Programme Manager to ensure successful management and delivery of the Projects or Programme in accordance with approved timescales The individual will be responsible for Stakeholder engagement, management of the governance and programme approvals process for major projects and supporting DIO in managing the transition from old to new contracts.
