Quantity Surveyor Freelance or PAYE 10 YEAR PROJECT! Consultancy (representing main contractor) Freelance - £350-£400 per day (Outside IR35) London/Remote Yes, you read that right, a 10 Year Project! I am partnered with an exciting and expanding Commercial Consultancy who represent a wide range of contractors across a multitude of sectors. We are on the lookout for numerous Quantity Surveyors to represent a main contractor commissioned on a 10-year project with 2 extremely large sub-contract packages using the NEC. Initially, these positions will require some visits to London to sit with the team and build relationships, however after that, these roles will become predominantly remote. This role also offers both freelance and PAYE models, if that suits you better. Duration wise, this project is due to run for the next 10 years, so we are looking to speak to candidates who are in it for the long run and are looking for job security.
