About the Role
As a Primary Intervention Teacher, you will:
* Deliver targeted intervention sessions to pupils who require additional support
* Identify learning gaps and tailor teaching to meet individual needs
* Use a wide range of teaching strategies to engage and motivate learners
* Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and families
* Monitor progress and adjust approaches to ensure positive outcomes
* Work collaboratively with school teams to provide consistent, high-quality support
