We are seeking a Business Manager to drive finance penetration and vehicle sales performance across a well‑established East of England dealer network. This is a high‑energy, revenue‑focused role where finance is a critical lever in winning and closing commercial vehicle deals. Key Responsibilities Drive asset‑finance sales to directly support and increase truck / commercial vehicle sales Operate as the finance partner to regional branches across the East of England Design and deliver tailored funding solutions aligned to customer fleet requirements Own and grow a defined territory through proactive pipeline development Work closely with dealer and sales teams to maximise conversion and finance take‑up Coach and upskill sales teams on finance products and commercial value Produce accurate forecasts, reporting, and targeted sales initiatives Actively participate in regional sales meetings and joint customer activity Essential Experience (Non‑Negotiable) You must have proven experience in one or more of the following: Truck sales (strongly preferred) Commercial vehicle sales (LCV / HGV / fleet) Heavy equipment or capital asset sales in a dealer‑led environment Asset finance sales where the core objective is driving vehicle or equipment sales About You A confident, commercially minded sales professional Comfortable influencing, negotiating and closing at pace Strong relationship builder with dealers, customers and internal stakeholders Highly organised across territory planning and pipeline management Motivated by targets, performance culture and long‑term customer value Benefits Competitive base salary Company bonus scheme Premium loan‑car programme 25 days annual leave bank holidays Enhanced parental leave Life assurance (4x salary) Strong pension Structured development and progression within a global organisation How to Apply This assignment is being managed confidentially by Avatar International.
