Salary: £60,000 - 80,000 per year Requirements: Strong experience as a Test Lead or Senior Test Analyst within D365 (CE, BC or both) Proven ability to lead and manage a test team Solid understanding of Dynamics 365 CE and/or BC processes, integrations and customisations Experience defining test strategy, governance and quality frameworks Hands-on experience with test planning, execution and defect management Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar tools Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills Proactive, structured and confident working in a fast-paced partner environment Responsibilities: Leading the end-to-end testing function across D365 CE and D365 BC Managing, mentoring and growing a team of Test Analysts and Test Engineers Defining test strategy, test plans, processes and quality standards Overseeing functional, integration, regression and UAT cycles Working closely with project managers, architects and functional consultants Ensuring defects are identified, tracked and resolved efficiently Supporting release management and ensuring smooth deployments Driving continuous improvement across testing tools, automation and processes Acting as the key point of contact for all testing activity across CE and BC projects Technologies: Azure DevOps Office 365 Cloud More: We are a growing Microsoft Partner looking for an experienced D365 Test Lead to join our remote team in the UK.
