About the Role As a Learning Support Assistant, you will: * Work closely with pupils who have a range of special educational needs (SEN), including autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and social, emotional or behavioural needs. * Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons. * Provide 1:1 or small group support to help students with their learning and emotional development. * Foster a positive and nurturing learning environment that encourages independence and confidence. About You We’re looking for someone who: * Has experience working with children, ideally in an educational or SEN setting (though training can be provided). * Is patient, empathetic, and resilient with a genuine passion for supporting young people. * Can work effectively as part of a team and follow guidance from teachers and SENCOs. * Holds a valid DBS check or is willing to apply for one.
