Overview
The EPR Trainer will assist with the design, development and delivery of the e-learning element of the training project and also with the design, development and delivery of the classroom training element of the training project. This fixed term role will form part of the team of EPR Trainers which will assist in the delivery of the complete training project. It will also assist with the design, development and delivery of any future training programmes linked to the introduction of applications associated with the EPR system.
The post requires multi-site working across all Trust sites. The post holder will be expected to be flexible in their working hours to align with the needs of the training programme. Applications are welcome from clinical and administrative staff.
Responsibilities
* Work on both classroom training and e-learning creation for the EPR training workstream for staff across Moorfields Eye Hospital (MEH), including design, delivery and evaluation.
* Support the rollout of the Electronic Patient Record to assist patient care and the ongoing delivery of sustainable training.
* Collaborate with healthcare staff and other stakeholders to plan and deliver future training requirements for staff.
