The Role Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day finance function, ensuring financial records are maintained accurately and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Processing purchase and sales ledger invoices Performing bank reconciliations Managing accounts payable and receivable Assisting with month-end processes and reporting Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation Liaising with tenants, landlords, suppliers, and internal stakeholders Supporting the wider finance team with ad hoc accounting duties The Successful Candidate Previous experience in an Accounts Assistant role or similar Property sector experience is essential Strong working knowledge of accounting systems and Microsoft Excel Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Strong communication and interpersonal skills What's on Offer Salary of £38,000–£45,000 depending on experience Competitive benefits package Stable and supportive working environment Opportunity to join a reputable and expanding business
