We're looking for Warehouse Operative!
1. Job Overview: To carry out the various duties in the warehouse as instructed by the Team Leader and Warehouse Manager
Salary: £34,
Primary Work Location: Brigg-GBR

Responsibilities
Goods In:
2. Goods intake (incl. quality and quantity checks)
3. Unloading trailers with raw materials (potatoes, oil IBC, cardboard, film)
4. Correct pallet labelling on arrival.
5. Completing all intake documents
6. Picking raw materials ready for production.
7. Moving, storing, and organising raw materials and consumables
8. Replenishing goods in pick faces (Flavour, film)
9. Raw material stock counts, stock auditing
10. FIFO Stock rotation
Goods Out:
11. Order picking (case pick, full pallets)
12. Entering customer details (name, address) into the courier portal and printing shipping labels.
13. Loading trailers
14. Moving finished goods from production faciality to warehouse, using shunter van.
15. Loading finished goods on the racking in the warehouse.
16. Finished goods stock counts.
17. Dealing with stock returns.
Co-packing:
18. Over labelling of the individual product packets with additional product information.
19. Making of mix product cases
Other duties:
20. Good housekeeping (cleaning)
21. Clan as you go.
22. MHE pre-operational checks
23. Near miss / accident reporting
Qualifications
24. licenses (flexi truck, reach truck desirable)
25. Previous warehouse experience
26. Order picking experience.
27. Experience with WMS
28. Computer literate, basic MS Office knowledge.
29. Organised
30. Eye for detail
31. Strong communication skills\Good attitude to work – ‘Can do’ attitude, Team player and also being able to work on their own.
32. Numerical skills
33. Able to work under pressure.
34. Stable work history
35. Reliable transport to Elsham.
