Job Title: Social Worker – Locality Team
Location: Derby
Rate: £38 per hour
A Children’s Social Worker is required to join Derby’s locality Service. This is a great opportunity to be part of a close-knit team.
What will your responsibilities be?
In this role, you will provide a social work service that supports individuals and communities to achieve their potential. You will work in partnership with individuals to identify needs and develop plans and responses that meet those needs. You will act on behalf of vulnerable individuals to safeguard their health and wellbeing. You will effectively manage a designated caseload to achieve the best outcomes for individuals, groups, and communities. You will provide leadership and expertise to empower individuals, groups, and communities to achieve identified change. You will build and sustain relationships with individuals and communities and represent the needs of vulnerable people.

Qualifications and Experiences:
To be successful in this role you must have Social Work England registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a qualification in Social Work at degree level, and have post-qualified experience.
