Your newpany
Only very positive things to say about thispany! The atmosphere and vibe in the manufacturing area and office space is the most positive I have had the pleasure to visit. They are also thriving and due to their continuous growth would like to increase their team in the workshop.
Your new role
As a Workshop Operative, you’ll play a hands-on role in rebuilding, refurbishing, and preparing machines so they’re ready to go out to customer locations. You’ll also get involved in testing and supporting the wider team with technical queries – so it’s a role with plenty of variety and opportunities to learn.

What you'll need to succeed This role would suit someone with experience in maintenance, service, joinery, or electrical work – but if you’re electrically or mechanically minded, enjoy problem-solving, and take pride in high-quality work, full training will be provided. Ideally you will have high energy, strong work ethic, and a positive attitude, a willingness to learn and embrace our Lean culture of continuous improvement. IT literatacy and a valid driving licence and confidence using smartphone technology would be great.

9. Wellbeing programme
10. Health Cash Plan & Perks
11. Early Friday finish (!)
12. Free on-site parking
