About the role:
The Integrated Services (IS) Risk team provides services to Integrated services (IS Leadership and the 12 IS pillars) as well as Tech Catalyst Leadership. The services provided include enterprise and IS risk management, governance set-up, governance on attestations and submissions, audit preparedness and outcome management, process assurance and education & awareness. The services provided by the team support the firm in managing enterprise risks, provides IS Leadership with a view of the risk landscape in order for necessary action to be taken, provides Technology Leadership a view on the level of assurance on globally provided and UK managed controls, proactively engages stakeholders to ensure that the UK firm is compliant with the Network standard on Technology, contributes to strengthening the UK firm's system of quality management and collaborates with key stakeholders to ensure that service delivery objectives are met by assessing risks, driving accountability and setting up appropriate governance structures.
What your days will look like:
1. Collaborate closely with the Risk Team Lead, Risk Managers, and other Senior Associates.
2. Support the delivery of strategic priorities within Integrated Services and Tech Catalyst.
3. Contribute to the expansion of risk-related services across the organization.
4. Engage with the wider Business Resilience team and cross-functional groups.
5. Identify, assess, and help mitigate risks related to service delivery and technology.
6. Apply knowledge of governance, risk, and control frameworks across people, technology, and processes.
7. Communicate and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
8. Experience with one or more of the following frameworks/standards: SOX; SOC 2; ISO 27001 / SO 27701 / ISO 4200; NIST; COSO; COBIT; PCI-DSS or GDPR
9. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
10. Ability to work in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
This role is for you if:
11. Understanding of technology systems, infrastructure and processes
12. Understanding of ITGCs, IT Governance and enterprise risk management
13. Familiarity with industry standards and best practices related to Technology
14. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
15. Effective assignment planning and task prioritisation, status tracking and escalations
16. Ability to lead self and others to deliver at pace and to a high standard
17. Demonstrating agility and resilience in assignment delivery
18. Professional certifications such as CRISC, CISA and CISSP will be of advantage
