Position: Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor.
Locations: South Birmingham.
Sector: Building refurb.
Pay type: OUTSIDE IR35.
About the Quantity Surveyor role:
My client is looking for a Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity to join the
team in South Birmingham for 3 days a week. This is to predominantly work
on building refurb projects. Strong build experience will also be considered
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will:
-Have experience within building refurb (preferred)
-Be prepared to work 3 days a week.
-Have strong JCT contract experience.
