Overview
We are looking to recruit an experienced housing officer who will be responsible for a patch of approximately 600 homes across a dispersed area, dealing with Estate Management issues, low level ASB, tenancy sustainment, lettings and other tenancy related aspects. If you have housing management experience, can cope with a demanding and challenging role, and are a caring, passionate person with great customer-focused skills, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities
* Manage a patch of approximately 600 homes across a dispersed area, addressing Estate Management issues, low level ASB, tenancy sustainment, lettings and other tenancy-related aspects.
* Work independently with minimal supervision to organise workload to meet goals and KPIs.

Requirements
* Experience in housing management.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage workload to meet goals and KPIs.
* Post is full time, based in South Derbyshire with travel across the Midlands; eligible for essential car user allowance.
* Right to work in the UK; willingness to undergo DBS check as required.
