The Role
The Contracts Administrator provides administrative support to the Security & Counterparty team, focusing on contract reviews and agency applications. Responsibilities include maintaining business records, ensuring compliance, and supporting projects.
What You'll Be Doing
* Reviewing contracts and agency applications
* Maintaining and updating business records
* Producing metrics and effectiveness measures
* Managing projects and supporting others
* Providing management information to senior management
* Developing expertise in Insurer Terms of Business Agreements
* Assisting with questionnaires and onboarding documents
* Monitoring security and counterparties using company systems
* Staying informed of legal and regulatory changes
* Responding to urgent issues
Who We're Looking For
* Experience in legal or paralegal roles
* Insurance industry experience (Essential)
* Strong communication skills
* Problem-solving skills
* Self-motivated and independent
* Analytical abilities
* Good planning and time management
* Ability to simplify complex concepts
Qualifications
* Legal or paralegal qualifications
* Training in company policies and procedures
* Knowledge of legal/regulatory developments
