Infrastructure Engineer
A new role has opened up for an Infrastructure Engineer with experience — or a strong interest —in DevOps practices. This company designs cutting-edge monitoring technology that’s deployed in sectors such as clean energy. The systems you manage will support both in-house developers and a growing fleet of connected devices, so there’s plenty of scope to have a real impact.
While deep DevOps experience isn’t essential, the team is keen to bring someone on board who’s excited by automation, scripting, and learning new tools. If you’ve worked as a traditional SysAdmin but want to grow into DevOps, this could be a great step—provided you’ve already got a solid grip on containerisation.
Windows and/or Linux server management
PowerShell or other scripting language
General networking, firewall, and endpoint security knowledge
Familiarity with Azure, AWS, or other cloud platforms
CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar
