About the Role
Harman Automotive Services is looking for a Manager – Sales and Revenue Operations to join the Automotive Services Business Operations team.
This role focuses on planning, process optimization, operational control, and complex issues handling, while execution is carried out through specialized sub-teams. It mainly enables revenue achievement and operation efficiency through sales operation planning, process optimization, data-driven insights and cross-departmental collaboration.
What You Will Do
Data-Driven Sales Support and Decision Making
4. Develop and maintain performance dashboards and recurring analyses.
5. Identify business growth opportunities and risk points.
6. Provide data-driven insights to enhance decision-making.
7. Support translating strategic priorities into actionable sales plans.
8. Offer a decision-making basis for sales strategies, channel optimization, and execution priorities through in-depth data analysis
Sales Operation Process and System Management
9. Design, document, and continuously improve sales processes and SOPs; monitor adherence and effectiveness.
10. Oversee the management and enhancement of local sales tools, including SFDC and data analytics platforms, to support refined sales management.
Targets, Forecasting & Resource Allocation
11. Collaboratively oversee the annual/monthly sales planning rhythm with Finance and Sales leaders.
12. Cascade targets to verticals/teams/individuals and define assessment standards.
13. Establish a consistent sales forecasting rhythm and enhance forecast accuracy and transparency.
14. Coordinate sales resource allocation to maximize ROI and productivity.
What You Need to Be Successful
15. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in business administration or related fields is preferred.
16. Work Experience: More than 10 years of sales operation management experience. Candidates with experience in Software Services companies are preferred.
17. Functional Mastery: End to end sales operations planning/forecasting, process/SOPs, SFDC utilization, reporting).
18. Analytics: Proficient in data modeling and analysis; able to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
19. Leadership: Strong strategic planning, cross functional coordination, and resource orchestration skills; change management mindset.
20. Behaviors: Results-oriented, with acute data insight and risk awareness, and outstanding communication.
21. Language: Fluent spoken and written English.
Bonus Points if You Have
22. Experience in working within an Automotive OEM or Tier-1 supplier in the Automotive industry.
23. Experience in using AI tools to maximize efficiency in Business Operations and Workforce Management
