Prospero Teaching are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join one of our fantastic local primary schools. The successful candidate will support teachers in delivering high-quality education and help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Assist teachers in planning and delivering lessons.Provide one-on-one or small group support to students.Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.Support students with special educational needs.Prepare classroom materials and resources.Assist with administrative tasks as needed.Foster a safe and inclusive environment for all students
About you:
* Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively as part of a team.A passion for working with children and supporting their educational development.Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.Relevant qualifications or training in education or childcare are desirable.
