Senior SEO Content Executive
Manchester – Hybrid

If you know a thing or two about on-page SEO and you're looking for a new role with a bit of variety, I may have just the thing for you.
I'm on the hunt for a senior level, SEO focused Content Exec to join a Manchester based eCommerce client. It's a company who have consistently achieved year on year growth, growth that has been added to by the acquisition of other businesses. They continue to remain true to their commitment to follow a tech and data led approach and always ensure the team is equipped with the best tools for the job.
The role will involve:
* Writing product page, landing page, blog and newsletter copy
* Ensuring all content is fully SEO optimised and includes relevant keywords
* Briefing into both the internal design team and external content agency
* Proofreading copy submitted by the agency and/or freelancers
* Contributing to monthly planning sessions, using keyword research for topic ideation
* Publishing, editing and regularly reviewing content – including content audits
* Conducting GAP analysis, uncovering new opportunities
* Optimising content to appear in AI searches
* Being involved in the launch of new products and the look and layout of web pages
* Analysing and reporting on performance, using insights to drive results
We're looking for strong experience in:
* Keyword research, using SEMrush, Ahrefs or similar, identifying trends and viable topics
* Optimising title tags, Meta descriptions and creative assets
* Utilising Header Tags (H1, H2, etc.), internal linking and effective URLs
* Copywriting a variety of content – ideally you'll have email marketing experience too
You'll be working across a number of different brands/product ranges so the role would really suit someone from an agency background or a multi-brand in-house role who has the ability to juggle and prioritise tasks – this is where the variety comes in.

* This is a hybrid role, based just south of Manchester city centre – free onsite parking
