Blue Arrow is recruiting for an immediate start Experienced Shot Blaster for their client based in Forfar.
Working Hours: Monday – Friday 8am – 4:30 pm

The Role:
* Operate shot blast equipment using various media, ensuring to blow down after blasting
* Maintain a safe and tidy workshop environment
* Clean the blast room and workshop area
* Follow masking instructions as per job pack
* Complete blasting reports accurately
* Assist with workshop duties as needed
* Mask parts according to job pack specifications
* Assist with packaging of parts
* Perform weekly forklift checks as required
* Follow all QHSE policies and report issues to the manager
The Person:
* Available immediately
* Experience in blasting with chilled iron, aluminium oxide, and crushed glass; ability to distinguish between SA 2/2.5/3
