The role arises due to the departure of a team member, alongside current absences for maternity and sickness leave. Key Responsibilities Manage a caseload of childcare matters, including care proceedings and related applications. Provide high-quality legal advice and representation in court. Work collaboratively with colleagues across the legal team to ensure continuity of service. Contribute to the effective handling of statutory and legislative responsibilities in childcare law. Requirements Qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or Chartered Legal Executive with relevant practising certificate. Demonstrable experience in childcare law, including advocacy.
