What You’ll Be Doing
* Work closely with experienced AEs on live enterprise deals, gaining direct insight into how high-value opportunities are managed
* Support discovery calls, demos, proposals, and early-stage conversations
* Manage a set of smaller qualified opportunities from initial contact to close, learning the mechanics of running a full-cycle deal
* Partner with Marketing and AEs to support account-based strategies that engage key organisations
* Research and understand target accounts, their structures, and workforce challenges
* Communicate confidently with stakeholders at HR, operations, and senior leadership levels
* Maintain accurate pipeline activity and forecasting using Salesforce
* Develop strong commercial judgment and the ability to articulate value clearly
What You Bring
* Experience as a BDR, SDR, or similar customer-facing role
* A strong appetite for learning full-cycle sales and progressing your career
