Finance Business Partner – ChesterfieldFantastic opportunity with a leading organisation
Reed Finance are working exclusively with a major Chesterfield-based organisation that is undergoing an exciting period of change and growth. Following a recent restructure, our client is looking to appoint a Finance Business Partner to play a pivotal role within their finance team.
In this role, you will directly influence the organisation’s financial performance by partnering with key non-finance stakeholders, providing insight, challenge and strategic support.
Key Responsibilities
* Serve as the lead financial advisor for your department
* Lead on the preparation, monitoring and review of budgets and business plans
* Prepare year-end accounts and support the external audit process
* Manage, mentor and develop members of the finance team
* Proactively identify, assess and manage financial risks
* Drive improvements across financial processes, systems and reporting
About You
* Fully qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA) or qualified by experience
* Proven experience in a similar finance role
* Strong background in effective business partnering
* Solid understanding of financial controls
* Highly analytical with excellent problem-solving skills
