Hire Desk Controllers Required

Location – East London / Essex

Salary - £35,000 - £40,000 + Package

Start Date – ASAP

My client specialise within Groundworks, RC Frame and Main contracting. The business is now looking to expand the plant division due to growth.

We are looking for a candidate who has experience within plant hire, specialist equipment hire industries or similar and a Minimum of 2+ years’ experience as a hire desk controller, hire desk advisor

Responsibilities of the Hire Desk Controller:

* Build important relationships with internal and external clients.

* You may be hiring, rehire and source equipment from third party suppliers.

* Manage a fast paced and busy hire desk as the Hire Desk Controller.

* Liaise with colleagues, other depots, and procurement teams to ensure that equipment is successfully delivered at designated dates/times.

* You will be resolving any queries or claims as the Hire Desk Controller that arise in a professional manner, ensuring all paperwork is completed and up to date...
