Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you'll take ownership of a diverse portfolio of existing, lapsed, and prospective accounts, playing a vital role in accelerating growth across the business. This is far more than a traditional internal sales role.

1. Building, managing, and growing a portfolio of existing, lapsed, and prospective customer accounts

7. Reviewing customer buying patterns, identifying lost product lines, and implementing solutions to regain spend
8. Leading conversations around New Product Development (NPD), coordinating samples, securing listings, and gathering valuable customer feedback
9. Supporting promotional and clearance activity while protecting margin and commercial objectives
