Job Description:
We are seeking a Wealth Management Executive Team Leader to join our client's team based in Berkswell. You will be part of a Partner Practice of St. James Place, leading and overseeing administrative support to the business. Your main duties will include maintaining existing client relationships, growing the business, and onboarding new clients.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee the administration team and provide updates to stakeholders;
* Manage complex queries within the team;
* Track cases to ensure timely updates;
* Provide technical and administrative support as needed;
* Ensure client files are complete with identification and application forms, conducting quality checks;
* Oversee pre-meeting preparation and post-meeting follow-up, maintaining Salesforce updates;
* Coordinate training for less experienced team members;
* Manage advisor expectations and facilitate communication within the team;
* Handle incoming calls professionally, communicating effectively with clients and third parties;
* Greet clients and visitors when required;
* Run reports, collate data, and prepare illustrations;
* Coordinate with SJP Admin Centres for complex queries;
* Oversee application processing and letter of authority procedures;
* Assist clients in understanding our products;
* Research and analyze client requirements;
* Prepare new business files and manage client records;
* Address client and party queries effectively;
* Prepare client meeting files with necessary documentation;
* Support clients and advisers with their needs;
* Ensure adherence to end-to-end business processes;
* Analyze client requirements, develop cash flow models, and record data;
* Research financial products to meet client objectives;
* Construct financial planning solutions with reports and models;
* Prepare client reviews and update models and performance reports;
* Attend client meetings with the Partner if needed.
Knowledge and experience
* Management experience or strong operations background at supervisory level;
* Experience in financial services or related office support roles;
* Knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and CRM systems;
* Previous experience within a Partner Practice of St. James Place.
