Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality technical solutions across networking, infrastructure, datacentre, and cyber security domains
* Take the lead on client-facing project work (around 50%), including scoping, planning, and implementation
* Support pre-sales efforts (15–20%) in collaboration with internal sales teams, attending customer meetings and providing technical input
* Handle a small volume of high-level support escalations (around 10%)
* Act as a subject matter expert, advising on public cloud, networking, and security best practices
* Contribute to internal technical documentation and continuous service improvement
Desired Experience:
* At least 5 years' experience in a Network Engineering or Network Consultancy role
* Broad technical background across networking (CCNA/CCNP), infrastructure, public cloud (Azure/AWS), and datacentre environments
* Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and core infrastructure technologies (desirable)
* Proven ability to work independently on projects while collaborating with sales and service delivery teams
* Confident engaging directly with customers in both pre- and post-sales capacities
* Experience working in secure or compliance-driven environments is a plus
