Job Description
Leading fashion brand are seeking a Commercial Property Acquisitions Managerto join their busy Property department who will be responsible for negotiating lease terms and rent reviews, ensuring lease obligations are fulfilled, and collaborating with Senior Management and Directors to align property decisions with wider business strategy.
Its a national fashion brand with a growing portfolio of over 700 trading stores and a forward-thinking strategy for continued expansion, this role provides critical support to the Property team.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role within a strategic Property team. Youll gain valuable experience across a broad range of property management activities, contributing directly to the success and growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Undertake the property management of a portfolio of shops
2. Monitor lease key dates and undertake rent reviews and lease renewals in a timely manner
3. Negotiate consents and permissions from 3rd parties (Landlords etc)
4. Ensure any disputes between Landlords and Tenants are resolved promptly with the minimum disruption and cost to the business
5. Liaise with other departments to resolve operational issues quickly and efficiently with the minimum disruption and cost to the business
6. Ensure landlord lease obligations are met, particularly in relation to repairs.
