Lead Clinician role at Outcomes First Group (The Shires – Oakham/Stretton, Rutland, East Midlands).
Responsibilities
* Manage the in-house Clinical Team at The Shires – Oakham / Stretton (Rutland); collaborate with the school’s Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and the Regional Clinical Lead.
* Split time between clinically leading the team and maintaining a therapy caseload; deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for pupils with complex needs related to autism, neurodivergence, developmental trauma and SEMH.
* Meet EHCP targets using the OFG group/individual clinical approach embedded in clinical practice.
* Coordinate line management of onsite clinical team and lead service development of the school-based clinical service with the SLT and Regional Clinical Lead.
* Maintain a person-centred, safeguarding-focused environment and ensure pupils are heard and involved in decisions affecting them.
Essential Criteria
* Degree qualification in a specific discipline; full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle; current professional registration (e.g., BPS).
* Experience with autistic pupils and/or those with complex needs; experience providing supervision to a therapy team; strong report writing for clinical and research activities.
* Ability to work independently and flexibly within a growing clinical service; experience of multi-professional collaboration preferred.
Location & Contract
Location: The Shires Stretton / Oakham, Rutland, East Midlands LE15 7GT / LE15 6JB – The Shires (Options Autism brand)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Contract: Permanent (term time only or flexibility around full-time can be discussed)
Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 dependent on experience
Essential: Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
