We are looking to recruit for Two Customer Support Advisors:
36hour per week -Temporarybased in GlenrothestillApril2028.
The Role
As a Customer Support Advisor,you’ll:
* Work as part of the Customer Support Team to provide an outstanding,reliableandcontinually improving service that exceeds customer expectations.
* Respond to customer queries,in a timely manner, witha high levelof accuracy.
* Provide a proficient and professional reception service.
* Help to deliver core customer journeys in rent payments, repairs,complaintsandhousing management issues for Group customers.
Develop andmaintainworking relationships with colleagues across the organisationand external stakeholders. Utilise and support the implementation and development ofnew systems and platforms
