We are now looking for a driven and creative Marketing Intern to join our team and play a pivotal role in our journey.
The Role
This is a unique opportunity to take the lead on a critical project: the launch of our first product. Your primary responsibility will be to plan, execute, and manage a successful crowdfunding campaign for our revolutionary new putting training aid, which is set to launch in Q This campaign is vital for our go-to-market strategy, designed to generate the revenue required for our early production runs.
You will have ownership of the campaign from pre-launch buzz to post-campaign fulfilment, working directly with the founding team to bring our vision to the world.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for our Kickstarter campaign.
* Create and manage engaging content across all our social media platforms to build an excited and engaged community of potential backers.
* Write compelling copy for the Kickstarter page, campaign updates, email newsletters, and social media posts.
* Act as the voice of our campaign, interacting with our community, answering questions, and building momentum.
* Monitor campaign analytics and social media performance, adapting tactics to maximise results.
* Collaborate closely with the product and leadership team to ensure all marketing communications are aligned with the SquareFace brand and objectives.
About You:
We're looking for an enthusiastic and proactive individual who is excited to make a real impact.
Essential:
* A degree-level education or equivalent, for instance, a completed apprenticeship.
* Proven experience managing social media channels or a strong, demonstrable interest and understanding of crowdfunding marketing (e.g., Kickstarter or Indiegogo).
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for storytelling.
* A creative mindset, full of ideas for how to capture an audience's attention.
* Highly organised with the ability to manage your own workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable:
* An interest in golf is a bonus, but not required.
* A passion for technology, start-ups, or robotics.
