We are looking for a conscientious, dynamic and adaptable Purchasing Administrator with experience of purchasing, stock management and general office administration. You will be joining a market leader in the design and manufacture of high integrity customised cable harnesses and electro-mechanical assemblies to customers in the Aerospace, Motorsport, Marine, Mass Transit and Military Markets. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Raising & chasing purchase orders
2. Sending out enquiries & chasing supplier quotes
3. Ordering office stationery & supplies
4. Sales Order Processing
5. Data Input
6. Taking incoming enquiries and phone answering
7. Set up and management of the supplier account opening process
