Social Media Executive / Senior Executive
Social media is becoming increasingly important to how we tell our story, build our brand and engage both our B2B and B2C audiences.
Were looking for someone who doesnt wait to be told what content to create, but proactively identifies opportunities and brings ideas to life.
Youll be responsible for identifying trends, generating ideas, creating engaging content, coordinating activity across the business and helping establish Blendsmiths as the leading voice in alternative beverages.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan, create and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and emerging platforms.
* Build and manage a content calendar.
* Capture photo and video content across the business.
* Identify social media trends and react quickly with relevant content.
* Work closely with colleagues, customers and partners to generate content opportunities.
* Manage community engagement and brand interactions.
* Analyse performance and provide actionable insights.
* Support product launches, campaigns and events.
* Develop content that resonates with both café operators and consumers.
What Were Looking For
Essential
* Passion for social media, content and digital culture.
* Strong experience managing brand social channels.
* Photography and videography skills.
* Strong understanding of social platforms and what drives engagement.
* Excellent organisational and planning skills.
* Confident communicator who can engage people across the business.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
* Experience using content creation and editing tools.
* Strong copywriting skills.
* A proactive, self-starting attitude.
Desirable
* Experience working with influencers or content creators.
* Hospitality, food and beverage or consumer brand experience.
