JOB TITLE – Qualified KS2 SEN Teacher
ABOUT THE SCHOOL
Prospero Teaching is seeking a dedicated and experienced KS2 SEN Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive Primary School in Bristol.

This is a full‑time position, with the potential for the contract to be extended or made permanent depending on performance.
CONTRACT / POSITION DETAILS
1. Location: Bristol
2. Position: Qualified KS2 SEN Teacher
3. Type: Full‑time
4. Pay Rate: £130 – £180 per day
5. Hours: 8:20am – 3:30pm, Monday to Friday
EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS
To be considered for this role, you must have:
6. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – mandatory
7. Proven experience teaching in UK primary schools
8. Strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum
9. Experience supporting pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs, including Autism, SEMH, Speech & Language Needs, or Moderate Learning Difficulties
10. Up‑to‑date Safeguarding Training (within the last year)
11. Strong communication and behaviour management skills
12. A patient, positive, and student‑focused approach to teaching
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:
13. Hold Right to Work in the UK
14. Hold an Enhanced Child-Barred List DBS on the Update Service, or be willing to apply for one
15. Provide two professional, child‑related references covering the last 2 years
