Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join my client's team in Wallasey, working until the summer holidays. The successful candidate will work closely with nursery staff to support children with SEN, ensuring they have a positive and enriching experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide one-on-one and small group support to children with SEN.
2. Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
3. Support the class teacher in creating an inclusive learning environment.
4. Help with the preparation of learning materials and resources.
5. Monitor and record the progress of children with SEN.
6. Foster a safe and supportive atmosphere for all children.
Requirements:
