A leading luxury Wellness and leisure group in London is seeking a dynamic Managing Director to oversee full operational and commercial performance, with a clear pathway to CEO within 18:24 months.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead all daily operations with full P and L accountability.
* Drive business growth, innovation, and new revenue opportunities.
* Develop and mentor senior leadership, ensuring high service and brand standards.
* Implement strategic plans across finance, marketing, and operations.
* Oversee expansion initiatives, acquisitions, and performance KPIs.
* Collaborate closely with the Founder and Creative Director to align commercial and creative goals.
Ideal Profile
* Proven leader at MD, Operations Director, or Regional Director level.
* Background in luxury hospitality, premium leisure, or lifestyle brands.
* Strong track record in operational excellence and business growth.
* Strategic yet hands-on, with exceptional financial and people leadership.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with ambition to advance to CEO.
