This is a unique opportunity to lead the design and delivery of high-quality communications and adoption of new services with our client base.The Digital Service Performance team cover everything from Communication, Live chat, Performance monitoring and reporting, Knowledge management & Peer benchmarking. We are a highly motivated, fun team that play a key role within the Digital Channels lab by driving the Digital strategy, being the voice of the customer and communicating our vision.**What you'll be doing*** Own the digital communication strategy for Commercial clients using the Commercial Banking Online Platform, ensuring clarity, relevance, and impact across all touchpoints.* Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, and business teams to define and prioritise client communication.* Measure and optimise performance, using data to inform decisions and continuously improve the client experience and campaign performance.* Identify and embed new tools and practices to optimise the way we engage and support our digital clients.**Why Lloyds Banking Group**We’re on an exciting journey and there couldn’t be a better time to join us.
