We’re looking for enthusiastic Residential Support Workers to join our team in Bournemouth!

Your Role
As a Residential Support Worker, you will:
* Provide flexible and individualized care packages for our children and young adults.
* Promote, safeguard, and protect the welfare of our young people.
* Establish and maintain positive, trusting relationships.
* Encourage the development of individual interests and skills.
* Work collaboratively within a supportive team environment.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should have:
* Experience working with children and young people, along with an understanding of the challenges they face.
* Flexibility to work 7 x 24-hour shifts, including sleep-ins, on a 3-week rotation.
* A willingness to pursue a Residential Childcare/Families Practitioner Diploma or equivalent, with the goal of upgrading to Level 4.
* A full UK driving license and access to a car for travel purposes.
* Excellent communication and listening skills.
* A commitment to learning and professional development.
* A willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check (which we will cover).
