Charity Shop Manager - Bath
Full-time (37.5 hrs/week) Permanent
Salary: 23,425 per year
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Charity Shop Manager to join the team in Bath. If you are a motivated individual with strong retail and management experience and a desire to make a positive impact, this role could be for you!
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the day-to-day operations of the charity shop, including working behind the till, sorting donations, and steaming clothes.
2. Lead and manage a team of volunteers and paid staff to ensure efficient shop operations.
3. Achieve income and profit targets, while continually looking for ways to promote and grow the business.
4. Maintain and manage stock levels, premises, and shop standards.
Requirements:
5. Previous experience in a management role, ideally within retail.
6. Strong leadership and team management skills.
7. Availability to work weekends.
8. Ability to engage and motivate volunteers.
