Classroom Teacher - Full-Time, Permanent – Required from 1st September 2026
Crane Park Primary School is looking for a teacher who will bring energy, creativity and dedication to our school community.
We know that great teachers thrive in schools where they feel valued, supported and inspired. At Crane Park Primary, we are proud of our positive school culture, strong teamwork and commitment to staff wellbeing. Our staff work collaboratively, support one another and share a genuine sense of purpose in helping every child succeed. Our most recent inspection recognised that our school motto, “Aspire, Believe, Achieve,” is at the heart of everything we do and we maintain high expectations for both pupils and staff. Impressively, “Pupils, including those with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND), rise to the high expectations that the school has for them” (Ofsted, February 2025).
Our school is set within extensive and attractive grounds and benefits from a unique and vibrant community that includes an attached ASD Centre, an on-site Children’s Centre, a playgroup, and a 0–5 fee-paying nursery, creating a rich and collaborative learning environment.

•Be eager to develop their professional expertise and contribute to the wider life of the school
•Be inspirational and dynamic, with the ability to motivate and engage children
•Support and promote the values and ethos of the school
•Be dedicated to nurturing every child’s development within an inclusive environment
In return, we offer:
•Happy, well-behaved and hardworking pupils who enjoy coming to school
•A friendly, supportive and talented staff team who work collaboratively and share ideas
•Strong leadership and a highly supportive Governing Body
•High-quality professional development opportunities to support your career progression
•A well-resourced teaching and learning environment
•A school culture that values staff wellbeing and work-life balance, including protecting weekends as work-free wherever possible
•A safe, welcoming and positive working environment where staff feel valued
We have extensive experience in successfully supporting Early Career Teachers, and applications from ECTs are warmly welcomed.
If you are a motivated teacher who wants to inspire young learners and be part of a supportive and ambitious school community, we would be delighted to hear from you.
