South Coast Nursing Homes is an established and successful, family owned and managed, care home company based in Worthing, West Sussex.
We currently operate 9 homes across East and West Sussex. We have 414 beds with the recent opening of a new Nursing home in central Worthing. Each registered home offers the highest standards of resident care and comfort, 24 hours – day and night, for long and short-term stays.
Hours
22 hrs per week - Average - Will include alternate weekends:
Week 1 - Tue, Wed and Thur - 9am - 5pm
Week 2 - Mon 9am - 5pm, Sat and Sun - 10am - 4pm
Suitable applicants would have reception experience and the ability to support in administration tasks.
Duties
* Providing front of house reception and resident support as appropriate.
* Answering incoming calls and taking accurate messages and passing to the relevant person.
* Providing necessary administrative support to the Manager and team.
* Arranging visits for families and residents.
* Creating daily planners
* Arranging transport
* Liaising with agencies to book care staff as and when required
