💰 Pay: £27.62 per hour (Umbrella)
📅 Contract: 29/09/2025 – 27/02/2026
🕒 Hours: Ideally full-time, but part-time negotiable

Pertemps are recruiting for experienced Occupational Therapists to join the Adult Social Care team in Cornwall. We are looking for 3 OTs to cover East, Mid, and West Cornwall, providing community-based support with a focus on optimal care and reducing reliance on packages of care.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out face-to-face community assessments and interventions.
* Manage a caseload of service users across your allocated area of Cornwall.
* Deliver outcome-focused care plans that promote independence.
* Support the council in achieving its savings target for 2025/26 by reducing reliance on ongoing care packages.
* Work collaboratively within the wider social care team to ensure safe, effective, and person-centred practice.
Requirements:
* HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist.
* Minimum 2 years’ experience as a community OT.
* Preferably previous experience within Adult Social Care.
* Ability to manage a caseload and deliver effective interventions independently.
* Willingness to travel across your allocated area for face-to-face visits.
