1. Position: Operations Manager
2. Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 (dependent on experience)
3. Location: Hove
4. Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

We’re working with a well‑established manufacturing business in Hove who are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day‑to‑day operations and ensure the smooth running of the production environment. You’ll be managing multiple projects, leading the production team, and driving forecasting and demand planning to support continued growth.

As an Operations Manager, your key responsibilities will include but not limited to:
6. Forecasting operational demand to ensure resources are in place to meet company targets
7. Ensuring financial and departmental objectives are achieved across the business
8. Managing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and suppliers
9. Negotiating contracts and agreements to support operational efficiency
10. Creating and implementing strategies to drive growth, maximise output and reduce costs
11. Addressing and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
Requirements for the Operations Manager:
12. Strong understanding and hands‑on experience within a manufacturing environment
13. Previous experience as an Operations Manager, overseeing day‑to‑day business operations
14. Ability to run multiple projects simultaneously
15. Experience managing and supporting a production team
16. Proven experience with forecasting and demand planning
17. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
