About Our Client
Michael Page are currently recruiting for a successful Investments Firm based in central London who are looking for a transnational finance professional (Accounts Assistant), to join them on an immediate start basis. The role will offer hybrid working and a 4 day working week. Our client have established themselves in both London & Hong Kong, you will be required to liaise with both locations to ensure smooth running's of the role.
Job Description
As Accounts Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:
3. Maintain and update accounting records, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded.
4. Process invoices, reconcile ledgers, and manage accounts payable and receivable.
5. Assist in setting up and processing payments.
6. Handle general ledger maintenance and ensure financial data integrity.
7. Support the finance team with administrative tasks and ad hoc duties as required.
8. Use Xero accounting software to manage bookkeeping processes efficiently.
9. Well rounded position supporting the Lead Accountant.
The Successful Applicant
10. Will hold three plus years of experience within a transnational finance role
11. Must be immediately available to join the position
12. Xero system experience is required
13. Open minded to a reduced hours position (will look to be four days)

Immediate start + Up to £40,000 in salary which will be paid on a day rate + Hybrid working available - 2 days from home per week + Central London office location + Temporary ongoing role + Financial Services sector + Long term potential
